At Nathan Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't help you run stronger, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning at the facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
